Live Concerts

We love defining live experiences, there is nothing quite like telling epic stories through events. One of our favourites is a concert of circa 2000 in Westmister, including Royalty.

OVERVIEW

  • Tracked and managed event budgets

  • Conducted feasibility study

  • Accurate planning process, onsite delivery and post-event reconciliation, analysis, and feedback

  • Worked with the Royal Armouries and not-for-profit stakeholders to deliver the marketing strategy – content and sponsor-focused.

  • Worked with Royalty and a number of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI)

  • Copywriting for event (digital schedules ensuring deadlines and print).

  • Worked with on-site staff and suppliers to ensure all logistical aspects of the events are delivered pre and post-event, including security, branding, suppliers and travel arrangements.

OUR DEFINITION Firstly, we conducted an extensive feasibility study to assess the viability of the proposed event. Through the course of this month long study, we met with various vendors, sponsors, suppliers, industry experts and security professionals then analysed all the critical elements of the event. We concluded that this particular event would acheive the clients objectives and would benefit the communities considered by the not-for-profit partners, Heads Together - The Royal Foundation, Help for Heroes and Combat Stress.

We were responsible for full budget management, development of content and production. The event was hosted by Lesley Garrett CBE at the Central Hall Westminster on Thursday 6th September. Performing, we had an ensamble of 200 people on the stage comprised of the Royal Choral Society and Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Sir Karl Jenkins performing his critically acclaimed work, 'The Armed Man' which was broadcast by Classic FM.

Before the concert, we hosted a VIP drinks reception in the Assembly Hall at Church House Westminster as well as a VVIP interval reception for the Royal attendees. Through this event, we developed and nurtured strong relationships with HNWI such as Lords, Ladies, Ex-Military, Generals, CEOs, Investment Bankers as well as Royalty, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were in attendance. Throughout the project, security was a priority due to the nature of the attendees, we liaised with all vendors and suppliers as well as the Royal Households to arrange extensive security detail and logistic management for the entire event.

DON'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT

"Faye Alexander has worked on a number of high-profile projects for the Royal Armouries and has been chosen due her project-management and event planning experience and her wealth of contacts and networks in the events arena.  In the course of these projects, Faye has managed budgets, logistics, reporting, team management and supplier control and has also recruited and briefed external marketing support.  Faye goes out of her way to deliver projects to a high standard, showing incredible commitment, not least in being contactable whenever needed, regardless of whether this is at weekends, when she is out of the country or on leave.

We have had no hesitation in trusting her to liaise directly with our Chairman and Board, senior management, government contacts, funders and other stakeholders as she is professional, responsible and upholds the highest standards when representing the organisation."
